Welcome to EUROEAST

EUROEAST is an Erasmus Mundus Action 2 project funded by the European Commission and active from July 2012 to July 2016. The project was organized by a Partnership of some the most prestigious universities in Europe and these targeted ENPI East countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

EUROEAST provided scholarships to nationals of the targeted ENPI East countries to spend a mobility period in Europe and viceversa on a wide variety of academic fields at different levels of study (Undergraduate, Master, Doctorate, Post-Doctorate and Staff).

The scholarships covered subsistence allowances, travel costs, tuition/registration fees and insurance costs.

Mobilities within the programme were successfully completed. 246 individuals (222 ENPI East and 24 European nationals) from a broad range of academic areas and levels benefited from the opportunity to broaden their perspective by studying, teaching or doing research.
